Premium Thermal Laminating Film

Optimized to provide crystal clear viewing, our premium thermal laminating film or wide format laminating film is a polyester-based thermal film with an application temperature of 230° and 270° F that is well suited for encapsulation laminating and single-sided lamination. Having an aggressive co-polymer adhesive, this film bonds extremely well to almost all types of porous substrates having normal ink and toner lay downs. Our thermal laminating film is comparable to most standard laminating film and is compatible with almost all types of high production thermal wide format laminating equipment such as Bilhoffers®, Steinemann’s®, GBC’s® and others, and with Royal Sovereign®, D&K®, Ledco® and other similar general commercial laminating equipment .

Premium Luster Laminating Film

Royalam II Luster is laminating film that has a treated non-reflective surface. Royalam II Luster’s special surface enhances contrast, reduces glares and is ideal for images and applications where originals are exposed to direct lighting or sunlight.

Premium Matte Laminating Film

Royalam II Matte laminating film has a treated non-reflective surface. Royalam II Matte’s special surface creates a soft finish that reduces glare and helps hide slight imperfections in the substrate being laminated. Royalam II Matte film is ideal for applications where a non-glare finish is required or specific lighting conditions cannot be controlled.
